Absolutely ! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time later Upgrades take effect immediately and a new 4-week cycle starts on the day of the upgrade. We refund you for any unused sessions from your prior plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current 4-week cycle. This means that you will remain on your current plan until the end of your 4-week cycle.
Absolutely! You can pause your membership any time. During the pause, you will not be charged and you will not be able to take any yoga sessions. Your current 4-week billing cycle gets extended by the number of days pause is in effect.
You may pause your membership up to 3 times within a 12 month period (for a total sum of no more than 60 days).
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Your membership would remain active until the end of the current 4 week cycle and will not be renewed. If you prepaid and availed of a discounted membership rate, we do not issue any refunds. However, you can put your membership on pause and use remaining balance later.
Membership is billed every 4 weeks ( 28 days ). We will send you a receipt by email every time your membership is renewed. We have 4 weeks billing cycle, as it involves fixed number of days, unlike months. As an example, if your membership starts on a thursday, your credit card will be charged every 4th thursday. This helps users easily plan their weekly 1-on-1 sessions when on plans such as one 1-on-1 session a week or two 1-on-1 sessions a week.
No! Your membership rate is locked in as long as you keep it active - so any new price increases won't apply to you!
Yes, any unused plan hours from current 4-week billing cycle roll-over to the next cycle and expire at the end of next billing cycle. Also, you can use your sessions anytime in the 4-week billing cycle. Even though most members spread their classes out across the 4-weeks, you can book all sessions in one week if you wanted to!
