Bhavini’s lifestyle, growing up in India, has always been sustained by asana and meditation practices. She, however, made a regular practice in 2012 and since then she has studied with various teachers in India and Thailand. She now offers online private yoga sessions. With more than 1000 hours of training behind her in last 8 years she has deepened her practice and utilized her time to train beginners and coach teachers. She blends her teachings to create sessions that will help you find connection with your body, mind & breath.
